I, too, love to do creatve things and work with my hands. I create recipes and love to cook. Not only are my hands working but my mind has no time for stagnation. Hobbies like jewelry-making and cooking allow the mind to keep active by constantly thinking of new and exciting things to do. As a result, health is improve. Having a hobby helps with mental, physical, psychological, social and spiritual wellbeing. There can also be a financial aspect to it, as well. I encourage others to be creative.
